These are the terms. Not commandments, not threats. Just a pact between you and the world you’ve chosen to enter. If you play Shattered Paradise, these apply.
What happens in-game stays in-game. You enter at your own will. Death is permanent, choices are final, and some doors won’t reopen. We do not offer refunds of time, Echoes, or regret.
All content, visuals, code, mechanics, sound, lore, echoes of dead characters... belongs to us. You may not reuse, redistribute, decompile, or summon it outside the ritual of play. Screenshots, reviews, and videos? Share freely. But don’t steal the soul.
Save data, unlocks, and progression may live on your device or in cloud storage. We don’t promise eternal preservation. Back up your echoes if they matter to you.
If you exploit, cheat, or tamper with the game’s files to break progression, corrupt unlocks, or gain forbidden insight, we may revoke access to online features or global unlock systems. We won’t ban you for playing badly. Only for playing dishonestly.
The world evolves. So will the game. We reserve the right to change mechanics, wipe unstable data, and rewrite the rules, always in the service of fairness, balance, or the unknowable will of the designers.
Shattered Paradise is provided “as-is.” We don’t guarantee your computer will like it, or that bugs won’t creep through the cracks. But we do promise to care and to fix what breaks, when we can.
Play respectfully. Die with dignity. And don’t blame us for what you find at the end of all things.

These Terms govern your use of Shattered Paradise, including access to all in-game content, services, and features.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to play Shattered Paradise for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, decompile, or otherwise exploit any part of the game without explicit permission.
Game data including saves, character progress, and unlocks may be stored locally or via cloud-based services, depending on platform. We are not responsible for data loss caused by system failure, corruption, or unauthorized modification.
The game is subject to ongoing updates. Features, mechanics, and content may be added, modified, or removed without prior notice. These changes are intended to improve balance, stability, or gameplay experience.
You agree not to disrupt or manipulate gameplay systems, engage in abusive behavior toward others, or attempt to bypass intended progression mechanics. Cheating, exploiting, or distributing altered game files may result in removal of access to online services or features.
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to Shattered Paradise or related services if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that undermines the experience for others.
Shattered Paradise is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or compatibility with all systems. We are not liable for damages resulting from use, misuse, or loss of access to the game.
